We are all experienced training and development specialists, working with a wide range of individuals and teams from private and public sector businesses. These include education, catering, emergency services, manufacturing, institutions, NHS, publishing, finance, telecommunications and many others. We have experience of delivering accredited programmes in the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

Our work covers the complete learning process from identifying training and development needs, developing, designing, writing materials, delivering and assessing the results of the work.

  Kay : Kay has worked in the Human Resource Development field for 20 years, starting her career as a Recruitment Manager for BT plc. While at BT she developed strong facilitation and change management skills. She has been an independent consultant since 1992, specialising in designing and delivering bespoke management development programmes.

Her approach is pragmatic and perceptive, with an ability to grasp the heart of an issue as well as the wider strategic organisational implications. She designs and delivers inspiring development events not only for groups but also one-to-one interventions.
  Jenny : Her specialist subjects include management and non-management development, stress and conflict management, assertiveness, managing performance, communication skills and managing change together with the associated management and business skills.

Jenny has a flair and style for engaging everyone on her lively, fun and results-oriented workshops, transferring real learning to the workplace.

Prior to setting up her independent consultancy Jenny worked for a number of blue-chip organisations in management and consultancy roles including HJ Heinz, BT plc and Alexon plc.
  Bernadette : Her strengths are in developing personal skills increasing individual’s effectiveness in a personal capacity and as team members. The focus is on strengthening skills and interpersonal relationships that ultimately drive an organisation’s success. She has worked in the insurance industry for over 14 years.

Bernadette has enormous energy and enthusiasm for her work and is passionate about adding real value by exceeding expectations.
  Harry : Since early 1999, Harry has designed and delivered management and personal development events and programmes, focusing primarily on leadership, performance management, presentation Skills, recruitment and selection, time management and team building.

Harry's greatest strength is in the facilitation of learner development in a highly interactive environment. He is good at the analysis and presentation - in writing or in person - of complex information, in formats to suit audience's differing backgrounds and expectations. He is a funny and relaxed soft-skills trainer.

Prior to his career in training and development Harry spent 13 years as a manager and commissioning editor in Thomson Corporation business-to-business publishing companies.
